002; video/action: tennis haus; it's a perfectly good sunday morning;
[This video post is brought to you by a very bored Tensai Jr. Why is this Ivysaur bored, you might ask?
Because his trainer is sleeping.
Out on the tennis court.
Next to a big, pink slowpoke, who is just staringright into your soul somewhere off-screen.
Yep. right by the net, a certain Marui Bunta is using Jackal's Sobesa as a pillow. There's a tennis racket next to them, and a few balls lying around. The towel and empty water bottle in Marui's hand indicates he was practicing some time ago and is now catching some z's in the sun, leaving his Ivysaur free to do whatever he wants with his stuff. Which is probably why he's filming this for the whole of Johto to see.]
Veeeeeeeee.
[Tensai Jr. moves closer to his trainer and Sobesa, picking the racket up with one of his vines, probably wanting to test out this tennis thing since Marui seems to be so into that kind of thing. He swings the racket back and forth and this is all you get for a couple more minutes.
But then something happens! Sobesa moves her head, as if following something. Something invisible maybe? Perhaps, but there is a sudden wailing noise loud enough to wake Marui up with a start. And then there's that wailing noise again, it sounds something like this:]
MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNCH
[Yep, that's a Munchlax distress wail. Tensai Jr. moves the gear toward the direction of the sound, and there is, in the distance, a Puchi in a pear tree. And a classy Espeon at the base of the tree, watching the Munchlax hanging onto a branch with satisfaction. He's been eating all the apples in the House, she had to do something about it, right?]
What the hell--?!
[And now you see Marui running toward that tree. This is where Tensai Jr. decides to stop the video, but anyone at the Tennis House can witness Marui climbing up that tree to get his poor starter down, and yelling at Lady to get them both down because guess who's keeping the two of them up there?]
ooc; Lady and Sobesa used with permission from their owners o3o/

Thanks, though.
[He will now attempt to climb down the tree with a Munchlax twice his weight.]
[action]
Is your Ivysaur trying to play tennis?
[action]
Huh? [--but he's distracted enough to pause (with a 200lb pokemon holding on to him) and look in the direction of said Ivysaur.]
Um. I think so. He's been watching me practice lately... [okay back to climbing down-- aaaand touchdown! he'll just.. sit down here for a moment and catch his breath and roll his shoulders oh god Puchi why are you so heavy!!!]
[action]
I've taught mine a little bit - it's difficult when some of them can't hold rackets, but they seem to have fun.
[action]
As long as they don't eat the tennis balls, I'm all for teaching them tennis, actually. [looks over toward the tennis courts again and watches Junior just swing the racket back and forth] And besides, playing doubles with a Pokemon sounds fun, doesn't it?
[action]
It does sound fun. And what about the ones we can ride? Wouldn't it be interesting to have some kind of variation of tennis - tennis polo?
[action]
Tennis Polo? [he looks amused-- the name is funny ok] We'd need a bigger court, I think!
[action]
You're right, and who knows what kind of damage we could cause accidentally. Still, it sounds like fun, right?
[action]
Totally fun! We should try it sometime.
[action]
We'll have to find a good location, but I bet there are plenty of people who would be interested in giving it a try.
[action]
Oh! We could give lessons to tennis beginners, too! [he looks excited.]
